    Care Guide
    Once your surfaces have been restored with the most advanced process available, with proper maintenance,
    your tile surfaces will retain their "like new" appearance for many years to come. To help maximize your
    investment, we have prepared these simple steps for you as a reference.

CARING FOR YOUR FLOOR

    Step 1:  Sweep or vacuum loose dust and debris from floor before mopping.

    Step 2:  Use neutral cleaner* for daily mopping.

    Step 3:  After applying cleaner, rinse floor thoroughly with clean water.

    Step 4:  Rinse mops and change the rinse water frequently.

    Step 5:  Have Diamond Tile & Grout Maintenance Service Plan preformed as necessary.
                 (Subject to use and abuse)

    * Neutral cleaners are available from Diamond Tile & Grout.
      Avoid strong alkaline, butyl or acid based cleaners such as bleach, ammonia, and vinegar.
      For best results, keep mop and water as clean as possible!




    Maintenance Service Plan
    To maintain your restored tile, your tile & grouted floors should receive Diamond's Maintenance Service on a
    regular basis. Diamond's Maintenance Service is a rejuvenation program where we service your tile floors on
    a scheduled basis to remove soil, bacteria and contaminant accumulations.
